Horrible service! We waited in line for 30 min to get our food. There was a truck in front of us waiting on the frosty machine to be fixed. Instead of making the person pull around so they can still serve everyone else waiting in line. They made us wait. Our food was cold, and they forgot two things in my order. Try hiring people that have common sense and work ethic! Will never go back!

Horrible service today!! It took up 10min in the drive through then over 30min waiting inside ! Finally got our food after 40min of waiting, fries were horrible an cold. We love this place normally but it was so bad today and way understaffed.

I go here pretty frequently since it is close to my house and the staff is usually friendly enough. However, the wait is almost always insanely long and my order if often messed up. Last night I went into the drive thru at 9:45 pm. The lights were all on. I got to the order board and received a “We’re closed†immediately followed by the lights being turned off. Not an I’m sorry or any response after I posed a question. The frustrating part was that your hours on Google stated they should be open until 11 pm. It was kind of the last straw for me.

Went to drive through at 20 minutes before closing and they wouldn't make any more food cuz they already cleaned the kitchen and was closing soon.....went to McDonald's who serve food till closing

Went through the drive thru for a $0.50 frosty and small fry. They overcharged me for a small fry so I told them I wanted a value fry instead. They then overcharged me for that and wouldn't admit to it. I finally ended up having to go into the store and have them ring it up again to prove that I was overcharged. Also didn't provide me with a receipt until I asked for it. Then provided me with an incorrect receipt. Window clerk was obviously brand new and had been on the job for less than an hour which is totally understandable for mistakes. Managers handling of the situation was extremely poor. Telling me I'm wrong multiple times until finally ringing up the same order and seeing I overpaid. Then rolling her eyes as I ask for my money back.

We went thru the drive thru around 9:00. The person working the drive thru seemed very disoriented, unenthusiastic, and took very long. It took him about 5 mins to take our order about another 5 mins to take our card. We had ordered a large chocolate frosty. And bout 15 mins for waiting for a food. 5 minutes into wait they come back and ask if we wanted a vanilla one. I do not like vanilla and neither does my husband so we said no just a refund. And the guy was like a refund for all your food? No just the frosty. We finally got all our food after 15 minutes in the drive thru. Then they forgot a junior fry which we had to remind them we had. If u ask me the drive thru person was high as hell 🙄 folsom is supposed to be better. They are making making sacramento look great at this point. So disappointed. NEVER COMING BACK!!!!

Service was slow. I don't understand why the person taking orders also fills the order. This slows down people receiving their meal while the line grows. So frustrating especially when you have a short lunch.

This was probably one of my worst experiences at a Wendy's. Their was obviously a trainee working under the supervision of a younger gentleman. There was also a very helpful man who may have been special needs working the register. I waited at the counter for a few minutes with another patron before i had to ask if someone was going to help me. All of this happening in front of the trainee and trainer. While the special needs man was cleaning in the back. Obviously flustered the cashier helped me. He forgot our drinks. The very kind lady who put our order together forgot one of our fries. I ended up at the counter three times every time the trainer ignored my presence. I only wish I could include the name for some training in customer service.

I was very satisfied with the person who took my order. I think his name was Gavin. He was extremely polite to me and had a nice attitude as well as a wonderful smile. My cookies were fresh which I appreciated very much. He seems very hard working. I will be eating here again.

Normally I don't do this, but shear disappointment needs to be expressed. Floors were greasy and creating a slip hazard. Staff was preoccupied with playing with the ice dispenser, order taker/ cashier appeared to have good intentions, however could not cope,& had no back up. Had to search to find a clean table,& ended up cleaning. Food took over twenty minutes, was not correct, cold when arrived, & was brought to the table in hand, even to go orders had no bag. Food is not good enough/fast enough to be considered fast food/restaurant.

The best place to get water flavored ice Tea! Just look at the picture I have posted. If you ask for a regular tea, they won't be able to help you. I was offered a tea bag, but I wasn't in the mood for tea bagging that day, so I politely declined and walked out. Say no to tea bagging!

I had to the restroom at this Wendy's that isn't in my area. Bathroom was a mess. No toilet paper... In fact toilet paper dispenser was ripped off the wall. No paper towels, and no trash can... Really? Trash was all over the place, and appeared nobody had checked this bathroom in hours I'd say. I didn't eat here, but if that's the sanitation standard, would you really want to? Haven't had an issue in the past with other Wendy's, but that was unacceptable. Do better.

Wow. Terrible service in the drive through. We could see the guy playing on his phone instead of taking our payment. He was not pleasant or courteous, or even apologetic for the long wait. They weren't busy, and it still took 15 minutes to get us and the 1 guy in front of us.

First of all I'm a huge fan of wendy's but last night they had severely poor service.. got my order wrong, fries were freezing cold. It was not busy at all, no excuse for poor service..

wait times are awful, was sitting in the drive thru with nobody in front or behind me over 15 minutes, guy at window took my card and just disappeared. finally came back with my card and waited another 5-10 for the food. it was 1 4 for 4 meal

Went through the drive through. Ordered $5 meal. Employees were unprofessional and should not be addressing customers. They told me they no longer carry diet Coke or any diet drinks. They forgot to include in my bad BBQ sauce and ketchup as I requested. They gave me 0 napkins. The fries and nuggets were upside down and all over the bag. I guess it's my fault for having expectations. They are why there shouldn't be a minimum wage ....

I'm a frosty fan and this place had some great frostys. So good that I had to return and get a second one later that day. Twas thick and it was cold(meaning it didn't melt by the time you bring the spoon to your mouth). keep the settings on the machine where they are at and I'll make sure to stop by every time I'm in the area

workers do not act like they want to be there. horrible customer service with attitude. when a customer arrives into a business they expect a simple hello. but no. you are not greeted. instead you have the body tone and exasperated tone of voice. giving off the impression of no customer is welcome . if the workers don't want to work and are unhappy with their jobs. then why are they employees there? please find employees whom like their job.

I really want to like this location, and if we go again and its better, I'll update my review. However, the lobby is cold, they only ever have 1 register going with what seems like not enough people in the back preparing the food. Not having a soda fountain available in the lobby means you have to wait in a slow line to get a refill. Pros: The food is generally made well and accurate, so once you actually get your food, I would recommend getting it to go as the lobby isn't very inviting.

Today I went to this location, and had a difficult time in the drive thru. I was at the end of the line. Parallel to the fire lane [iron point]. There were at least 7 cars in front of me [I could see]. After 6 minutes of waiting I moved 5 ft. UNACCEPTABLE even its lunchtime.I had a two year old hungry and cranky, so fortunately I was able to back up and get out of the line. I drove to In & Out, and was in and out of their line in 10 minutes.
